    Welcome to my eLearning website. I am using the latest in eLearning technology to help you learn how to improve your personal life, family life, and professional life by developing your professional sales and sales management skills. 

    In addition to using a professional Learning Management System (LMS), my courses are based on the latest eLearning science using Competency-Based Education techniques. Competency-Based Education (CBE) refers to systems of instruction, assessment, grading, and academic reporting based on your employee's ability to demonstrate they have learned the knowledge and skills you expected them to learn. 

    I won't train you. You train your dog to do the trick or obey a command. I will do my best to offer you engaging and compelling education and eLearning on the essential skills for success in today's competitive world of business.
